The Hex Bar is a total-body strength exercise that works several muscle groups in your upper and lower body. The trap, or hex, bar is a specialized training tool that lifters use for two exercises: the deadlift shoulder press push-ups floor press the shrug. The Hex bar deadlift has several advantages over the barbell deadlift and, overall, is a more effective exercise.

Bars have 2" bar end diameter to ensure bars fit all standard plates with holes 2" or less. Both bars are made of fully solid heavy duty steel (not hollow) with more than 1000-Pound capacity. Designed for repeated use and long lasting. Extra long loadable sleeves allow you to load more weights., which allows you to perform with a greater range of muscle contraction and development.
